Dear Sir/Ma’am,
This is in context of my order on LG Wing 5G phone with order number -OD121674944054346000.
I’m literally unhappy with the response of how Flipkart and their team have handled my problem. I placed my order for the phone on 2nd May and paid the entire amount of INR 29499 from my debit card. My order was also confirmed and it was supposed to be delivered to my address of Haridwar-249403 on 5th May.
But due to some misplacement of my consignment, it was not delivered to me on 5th May. I called customer care representative to inquire about my order, they still confirmed that my order will be delivered to me by 7 pm of 5th May but by day end it was not delivered to me.
On the next day i.e 6th May when I called, an update was given to me that your order was not delivered due to some logistic constraints and will now be delivered by 9th May. I was in regular touch with your customer care reps which they can check since the calls are being recorded by Flipkart as well and they assured me not to worry about it and your order will surely be delivered to you by 9th May. I was requesting them to deliver my order by 8th May and they assured me that your matter is taken on top priority and will be delivered before 9th May, all the false hope given to me by Flipkart affected me severely as they have failed to deliver the product on time in spite of being in regular touch with them and repeatedly requesting them.
Now on 9th May I got a text from Flipkart that your order has been cancelled and your refund of amount INR 29499 has been processed. I’m quite furious after seeing this text as after regular calls from 5th May to 9thMay I feel I have wasted my time requesting your team to deliver my order on time. I called customer care rep thrice and demanded for the contact details of CEO and email address as well because customer care rep were misguiding me from the day when my order was failed to deliver by Flipkart but they simply cut my phone despite of frequently telling them not to cut my phone. I have recorded conversation as well of this call and willing to share it. I want to till take it up seriously now as I have been mentally harassed and cheated by Flipkart.
