Item was ordered on 19th Feb. Promised date was 25th Feb. Item reached nearest hub on 22nd Feb. On 25th Feb the delivery person did not reach out regarding the delivery. I called them myself and they told me that the delivery will happen between 9-9.30 PM, which is strange because mobile exchanges do not happen post 7 PM. As expected it was a lie and the product was not delivered.
Now since that day I have been following up with Flipkart regarding the status of the product but there has been no inputs from their end. They gave a resolution date of 2nd March. I did not get any information regarding delivery and nobody contacted me regarding the same. At 9 PM on 2nd March, they moved the date to 3rd March.
The call centre guys do not have any information regarding the incident. They do not have the facility to transfer my call to their “backend” team. The backend team is not contacting me.
They have been harassing me for the last 10 days now and still there is no sign of the product delivery.
They are running a scam of collecting the money and not delivering the product. My transaction was an EMI transaction. If the order gets cancelled who will bear the bank charges now? Who is going to compensate for all the hassles I have to go through just to get an item delivered for which I paid the money?!
Highly incompetent people working at different levels of the company with not even an ounce of care for the customer!
