I ordered shoes from Flipkart on 27/11/22 for 1274 rupees amount their delivery date is 02/12/2022 they didn’t deliver my order in evening 02/12/22 and said wait till morning your order will reach tomorrow. I received a message from Flipkart your order can’t deliver today we will try to reach till next 4 day. I don’t feel happy with delivery service so I cancelled my order. Flipkart deducted 50 rupees from my order amount and say it is order cancellation fee. How can be any online platform so irresponsible behaviour it’s their fault to not delivered my order on time and i pay for it. Thats so insaan please take appropriate actions against Flipkart.
