We purchased Samsung Guru mobile phone from Flipkart. When the mobile phone was delivered and we checked, the mobile phone was found in dead condition. We talked to Flipkart and they told us to contact Sumsung Service Center. I also went to the service center and the service center person clearly admitted that it is not our product, it is copy right, we will not be able to help you in this, its EMI is not showing in our system. Again we contacted Flipkart and they are saying the same thing again and again that you should bring the job sheet and the denial letter.
