I ordered some items in flipkart by using flipkart pay later.
i paid the due to the loan provider idfc first bankin their website.
it didnt get updated in flipkart. so they are making calls and messages to pay the due.
while I am trying to contact their customer care they are asking me to wait upto 24-48 hours so that there escaltion team can provide a resolution to me.
as they are not contacting in the given period i am calling again and they are saying the same story since 1 month.
