I am writing to inform you of a serious issue that I have been facing with your company. Specifically, I have been having problems with laptop charger. This has been going on for some time and I have yet to receive a satisfactory resolution.
I kindly request that you take immediate action to resolve this problem, otherwise I will be forced to take legal action against your company. I hope that it will not come to this and we can find a satisfactory solution together.
I received my my laptop on 17 march when i open my box there is different brand charger in the box so when i contact to customer care they said you can purchase separate charger from the flipkart we assign the 1500 coupon but after there wording they not given to me. AFter the return policy over. Now what i do i want to replace the charger but return date is over. .
There is the local china brand charger i received but my problem is not resolve i want to relusion the issue ASAP.
Please contact me as soon as possible so that we can discuss this matter further and find an appropriate resolution
