Hi Team
I have order MI phone on your side Flipkart but inside the box phone was missing on 16 mai I told you are customer service at same day at evening but they have not given me proper solution till 28 after 28 I ask him what happened of my product they have reply we are working and closing on 1st June
now I call the Flipkart they have say me you have lot of return request that’s why we are not able to you to process your product return and say the product was received by you but I didn’t receive the product inside the box so how can I complaint
by the way I have received the product then how how can I I call him everyday and asking give my product and mail revert the Flipkart service is lying giving me wrong updation every time. I take phone on EMI so how is going to pay ?
