I made payment to flipkart of Rs4190 on 29th of april’19. The order was not reflected in my order list. So i called to their support team. They said wait for 3 working days. I after many follow ups they said(After the investigation of 10 days) flipkart has not received any payment and it is the issue with payment gateway i.e. google pay.
When i receive the above information from flipkart i started to take follow ups with google pay. They said the same thing wait for 3 more working days. Not received any reply.Again i called their customer support service, now as per their support team flipkart has received the payment and there is no any issue with payment gateway.
There is no any issue with the bank. It is the problem of either merchant or payment gateway. They are playing games with me.
My humble request to you please look into the matter and help me out.
