Text of Complaint by ankit raj:

I had ordered moto one power on flipkart with my order number OD115580025958540000.I asked for replacement as android was not getting installed.Neither basic apps like WhatsApp were getting installed.

I did my research on internet and tried few things after which basic apps started getting installed but android was not getting installed.I asked for replacement which was denied by them when with lame reason that they couldn’t reach me.I missed their call once and that number ouldn’t be reached from my end.

After that I put my complaint on their website after which I received the call from their end.The lady responded well , started the process of replacement again and said a technician will visit my home soon. I received the number of technician via message but he has not reached me yet.

Yesterday I called him to which he said he is busy in  a meeting and will come today. Today, I called him ,he didn’t pick my phone, then after picking he cut the phone and after my fourth attempt he rudely said the work will be done today cut the phone sir now I am sleeping now.

I can’t request them to return after 7th June but they keep rejecting my request and after 7 they will say the date has lapsed. Isn’t this fraud ?I received the product the next day after I ordered it and while retuning they don’t respond.13,000 is a big amount for me. I don’t know what to do
