Dear Sir,
I had ordered 2 qty of book online but they sent me only 1 qty of book and cheated me by charging Rs.3400/- and I complained about this to them several times but nothing was found and even though I canceled the book they refused to cancel my money and cheated me and kept the book. They are doing bad luck so please guide me
