Sir,
Booked a flight from DELHI to DURGAPUR on 31st OCT 2020 for travel dates 28th NOV and 2nd DEC 2020.
received intimation from spicejet on 21st NOV, that flight SG 506 got cancelled due to COVID restrictions. Spoke to airline, they have refunded the money on 21st NOV 2020 [attached snapshot of email and refund details].
It has been more than two weeks (today is 7th DEC2020), flipkart has not refunded the money despite several emails and phone calls.
each time i sent a reminder they kept on delaying this further and further.
