I purchased Activa Geyser from flipkart on 6 February 2022. Which was busted within in 6to 7 months
As per flipkart Activa Geyser product description of 1 year parts warranty and 5 year overall warranty so after busted Activa Geyser I complained with DigiSmart Electricals team and they confirmed that geyser is in warranty and provides engineer for faulty parts replacement. But it’s not done in last 35 days same case I created with flipkart as flipkart claiming 5 years warranty on flipkart app and flipkart site.
But flipkart team closed my ticket 23 times without helping me to repair of work of busted Activa Geyser with below message
