I have ordered a sleepy owl vase from fagifts seller but I didn’t like the product so I requested for return on same day as it was of cheap quality but seller told the delivery boy not to pickup the product and now flipkart customer service is also not helping I want strict action against such sellers who fraud customers hard eran money

I was ordered a philips trimmer but they delivered me a wrong model so i was complained to flipkart immediately and they agreed to replacement and the delivery agent without replacing he was cancelled my replacement product and again i was complained and they said will do replacement but they didn’t and again i was complained they told that they will refund but they didn’t and again told me replacement is cancelled but it has been finalised for refund but they didn’t each time they are taking the details and not resolving the issue i never buy any product from flipkart from now they cheated me ?

Flipkart is a cheater. They are delivering cheap quality products and when we raise a complain they agree for pick up and then cancel the pickup from their side flipkart is a cheatee
