Text of Complaint by B Sudhamsh Kumar:

Hi Sir,

Purchased SAMSUNG AC from Flipkart on 04 May 2022.
On 10 May 2022, AC is installation completed Jeeves Consumer Services Executive.
Jeeves Executive took cooling reading by keeping their reader device in fridge and submitted it.

I did not used the AC for two weeks, since we have cousin’s post marriage works and we were out of house.

After back to house by end of May 2022 Month, found cooling is not working at all.

Since the item return time period for Flipkart is completed.
So, raised several complaints to SAMSUNG Service Center.
SAMSUNG sent a service engineer in 18 June 2022 Month and they informed that they are not able to understand the issue.
Left by saying their senior executive will visit next and for finding the issue.
Next day SAMSUNG informed by call like, they cannot provide service until 90 days completed from day or purchase of item. Until that time told to check with Flipkart for providing the resolution for the issue.
From 10 June 2022, contacted Flipkart for service request or return of the product.
Flipkart is not able to provide resolution until now.
Am cheated with Defective product by Flipkart.
Item has warranty for 1 year and 5 years for compressor.
Please provide justice to me.
