Hello Sir,

Last year (Apr, 2018) I bought a Voltage Window AC 1 ton, Order Id: OD212067099774233000, with the extended warranty 2 year by Flipkart Protect. The Extended Warranty Policy Number JPPOFFK267438 is valid from Apr 16, 2019 to Apr 15, 2021 after finishing the company default 1 year warranty. So, After completion of main warranty I called to flipkart for activate my extended once. The same team share a number of a authorised dealer name Jeeves, and when I called the same number company, they have denied first for the services in the name of small one, where as there was nothing mention in my warranty terms and condition that the type of issues which is cover up. The second thing is, in my warranty terms section, mentioned that at the time of service (point of service) I’ve to show only the various copy like product bill invoice, govt. id card etc to the service guy. The Jeeves team ask me to share the same copy to mail and when I ask for reason for the same they have denied for the services. After that I’ve again call to flipkart team to for the update status for the issue. The team ask me for maximum 7 days for the resolution, and if they failed for the expected resolution from the Jeeves, then they will share the alternative solution to me for my ac servicing, which ends in august 7, 2019 already. Today when I called again for the same thing to clear that they didn’t meet the resolution to me for my arising issue, the have told me do the the same time buy process with 7 day manner again for extra, and when I don’t agree to do that and tell them to connect my line to any other manager label person they have waited me for long in phone first, and after 15 to 20 minutes one of supervisor label guy connect with me, and again tell me the same process & suddenly in the middle of discussion he’ve cut the line as well. Right now they didn’t pick up my any call after wards. I’m very much frustrated now. Please help me out for this condition. No one like flipkart or Jeeves connected with me after that situation via telephone for the sorting my issue.
