I was the one who was suggesting everyone “Flipkart” shopping app is the best app for shopping online. But when I went through my latest or recent
order, i got to know I am wrong on this. Literally telling, felt so
embarrassed on Flipkart. Customer care is giving false promises that it will
be delivered today/tomorrow. And more over deliver agents are asking me
come to different places to collect the parcel (am i not charged with
delivery charges) and they are telling no product of yours in their
hub(then why the app is saying “delivery attempted”). Have all the
recordings attached. The escalation team said, cent Percent it will be
delivered today. If not, i requested him to deliver this parcel for “Free”,
yes “free”.
Note : customer care people are playing with customers, really shame!!!Worst experience, customer care person is telling to order to different pincode and go and collect, seriously, omg!!!
I wish this should not happen again to anyone who is using this best Flipkart
app.
