I am purchase k van heusen tie from flipkart ka and am resived the product at 18 th of January 2023 but the product are defective fort that resion i put a return request in refund mode and at the date of 19th of January 2023 the product was pickup at my side by flipkart wishmaster but from that time to still now I am not get my money back I am talking many of time with flipkart customer care person but they are not responding well
