My replacement order for bluestar Aristo water purifier is getting cancelled without any reason. First replacement the technician came and confirmed that the item is defective (Electronic Ballast UV choke defect). After his visit, Flipkart cancelled the replacement order stating the item was repaired. I called bluestar and checked with them and they confirmed that they have not given any update to Flipkart stating the item issue has been rectified. They also shared me the proof of the Field Service Report, in which it clearly mentions that the item has defect. Then i called filpkart and their agent said it was cancelled due to some technical issue and created a new replacement order with technican visit again. Within 2 days Flipkart cancelled my second replacement stating item has been repaired in troubleshooting. How come that happen without even a technician visit. Also bluestar confirmed to me that there is no point or logic in sending technician again as they have already confirmed the item is defective. Very very frustrated. You guys again created a replacement with technican visit. Even the escalation team is saying they had the option to refund or replace before but since 2 months they are unable to create return. They even said sometimes I may need to wait for 1 or 2 months for the issue to resolve. Flipkart is playing with customers time and money. If I did not get a refund on this case . Please find the service report from bluestar and screenshot of order pages and video of defective item.
