I had ordered “Addidas Fluo M running shoes” as part of the Big Billion Days for Rs.1551. It was supposed to be delivered on 16th Oct. It was not delivered and it was cancelled by Flipkart on 17th without my consent. This is highly unethical and unprofessional for the following reasons:
1. Fraudulent behaviour of advertising undeliverable products, diverting consumers from other authentic services like Amazon.
2. Wasting time and effort of consumers.
3. Oppertunistic manipulation of delivery for sheer profit with zero regard of consumer’s sentiments or trust.
I need a proper resolution from Flipkart, no, you can’t ask me to order the product again for Rs. 2279, with an increase of over 700 Rs. Do you think the consumers are stupid and gullible? I need the product at the promised price of Rs.1551 and nothing more or less.
