Flipkart cancelled my order without my consent and now asking to place the order at higher price.
-First I got message from Flipkart that your order has been rescheduled due to delay in delivery. I called Flipkart support and asked I don’t mind delay in delivery.
-Then my order got shipped ,and after two days of the product getting shipped, they cancel my order and they gave me reason as delay in delivery. So when my order was already shipped where is the delay in delivery????
-Then I called customer support again and this time they say that order was cancelled from seller side due to package got damaged and asked to place the order again at the higher price ,within 10 days and seller will send gift card of ₹150. But the price has already increased by ₹1000
– Then I go to place the order and find that the product is out of stock for my pin code. And I called customer support again and this time they say that your order was damaged during shipping so it had to be cancelled. And since the product has become out of stock you can wait for product to come back in stock and order within 10 days to receive gift card of 150 from seller
– And now as they have increased the price by more than ₹1000 as the product is back in stock for my pin code.
– So what is the use of ordering the product now which is at same or even higher price than normal days???
-Low prices during Big billion days in Flipkart are a scam. They are canceling the order placed at good price and making customers purchase at higher price. They are doing the same thing for many customers. Anyone can just search flipkart on twitter and find a huge list of such incidents.
