Flipkart cancelled my order without my consent and now asking to place the order at higher price.
– I placed an order on 7th October 2023 of a Woodland Shoes and they confirmed the order.
– On 13th October 2023 it got cancelled without my consent.
– I called customer support to know the reason they told me shipment was lost. I have call recording of this conversation.
– The shipment was cancelled at the exact time it left the facility. I have screenshot for the same.
– Now they are asking to place the same order again at the higher price ,within 10 days and seller will send gift card of ₹150. But the price has already increased by ₹700
– When I tried to reorder and find that the product is out of stock for my pin code. I called again and informed the same and they said since the product has become out of stock you can wait for product to come back in stock and order within 10 days to receive gift card of 150 from seller
– And now as they have increased the price by more than ₹1100 as the product is back in stock for my pin code.
– So what is the use of ordering the product now which is at same or even higher price than normal days???
-Low prices during Big billion days in Flipkart are a scam. They are canceling the order placed at good price and making customers purchase at higher price. They are doing the same thing for many customers. Anyone can just search flipkart on twitter and find a huge list of such incidents.
I’ve call recording of conversation with flipkart support team if needed.
