I placed an order of LG washing machine 6.5 kg in exchange offer against my old non – working washing machine as mentioned in their terms & conditions on 12 Oct 2018 in Big Billion sale offer in Rs 6471 /- through HDFC credit card. They promised to deliver the product by 28 oct but on 24 I got a call from Ekart executive for advance delivery, but he denied to pick old washing machine and said it was mentioned as working. I called customer executive 2 times and both ladies checked and asked wish master to pick old machine but he refused then again I called them they asked me to send him back and they have escalated my issue to their concerned team and will resolve my problem before 28 oct. but unfortunately I have to called again and they asked me to assure and on 28 oct morning I got a call from their side asked me to cancel my order which I refused. they asked me to wait upto 29 oct 9 pm and today at 9:30 they have transferred my money back without delivering the product they cancelled my order without informing me.
How can they??? now what action should i take????
