You guys have literally cheated me by not delivering the product that I have ordered. I have been waiting for a month for this product (ordered on 5th August), and today it shows as the order is cancelled.
The promised delivery date was 20th August and then it was extended to 30th August. I did contact you after 30th and your agent said they will never cancel the product, and it will be delivered to me! Then after two days one of your agent again calls me and asks to cancel my order, which I declined.
Today the product is cancelled and when I contacted your customer executive, she said that I cancelled the product, which I didn’t!!
This was the worst experience for me, you guys cheated me. I chose flipkart over others and this is how you treat me. You guys just cheated me for the past 1 month!!
