I had placed an order of iPhone XR on Flipkart on the 16th of Oct 2020 of amount 37990/- and made my payment using my credit card.Later the site cancelled my order stating the reason that the product is out of stock.This has been a second incident so far. If products are not available why does Flipkart put products for sale and cause financial trouble to the consumers.Now my money is stuck for seven days because of failure from their side and I can’t purchase any new product immediately.
