On 7 October I place my order iphone 14 plus 10 am and that time they can be show to order delivery in 9-11 hours and I have plus membership so I can order but after some time order show delivery on 14 October I can assume ok no problem after some time 12 October my order can be reached in Ahmedabad and show delivered in today and some time after text me your exchange order can be rejected by delivery partner and they not call any single time that time I can call the customer executive and they raise the complaint and she’s that your order delivered on 14 October morning I can wait 4 pm but not delivered so I can call customer support and they ticket raise second time and say that your order can be delivered today before 7 pm so I can wait 8:30 but not delivery
Last I can call 3 time customer support and they say me your order can be delivery on 11 pm or Sunday so I can more wait but after 12 am some msg regarding my order can be rejected and processed your amount
That is what kind of service @Flipkart not any single call or msg from that or delivery boy are order rejected them side that issue created by delivery boy. Not from my side
Also I can say in call to Flipkart executive please talk to your Seniors but hold on call and 5 min after same reply not any free senior executive
Not any proper answer @Flipkart your are handling the operation chai what kind of monitor and control
That is a #bigbilliondays2023 says discount but you have not a stock so why discount show because you know short term money use for profit
