With due respect I,Ashok Bachhar,would like to inform you that I placed a order(OD42860417018600100) of Avita laptop on Flipcart on 12th July,2023.Also I paid Rs 500 in advance.The delivery date was on 16th july,2023.Only to make the payment on the day of delivery I borrowed Rs 40,000 with interest.Now my placed order has been cancelled yesterday midnight,a day before the delivery.I am a student and I placed the order because of the very need of that laptop.I need that laptop now with the same price.
I would request you to take action as soon as possible.Otherwise I will take legal action against Flipkart/Ekart under consumer protection act,2019 because of harassment of a consumer.
