Hi Team,
I orders couple of items from flipkart during big billion days and after that when i tried to raise the return request for the items having quality issues, i was surprised that my Flipkart pls account has been blocked. I am following up with their customer care from past 15 days but no help, they are saying due to some technical issues it happened with multiple customers. My account is still blocked and now my return period is also over, I am not sure what should i do now. Please help me in resolving this issue. I posted multiple times on twitter also but it also doesn’t help.
