This is with utmost dissatisfaction that I am writing here. With the seller as well as Flipkart’s service and harassment.

I ordered a Delite Kom Hydraulic Bed from Flipkart during Big Billion Day on 26th Sep 2022.
The bed was delivered on 3rd Oct 2022. Installation began on 5th of October 2022, where a part of bed was missing. Right side of the plank was delivered twice instead of Left side plank.
The installation person from Jeevs which is from Flipkart was so unprofessional and just wanted to finish his job and leave. He didn’t even inform me that this is the issue. If I hadn’t noticed he would have provided me with a defective bed.
Then, on 5th oct I raised a concern with Flipkart for replacement.
Which was again a hectic process. The person who came for installation also contacted Jeevs and told them about the issue and uninstalled the bed. Again the same person came for a Technician Visit and then another person came for uninstallation. All this was already done and Flipkart just wasted my time on this.
Anyway, Flipkart took another 15 days to deliver a replacement after multiple calls and chats. When I reached out to the seller they told me that Flipkart should have replaced just the part with the issue. How unprofessional at Flipkart’s end.
Again, the installation person came for installation on 22 October 2022. This time the bed was even worse condition.
1. Foot board had multiple unnecessary holes in it.
2. The installation booklet showed part no. 16 which was not delivered
3. One part was damaged
4. Multiple parts with the same part number pasted on it were delivered.
Again the person from Flipkart partner Jeevs, overlooking all these issues just wanted to finish his work and leave. Very bad service from Flipkart.
I had to closely monitor everything and I stopped him and called Flipkart customer care. This person just directly raised the request for return.
When we were thinking of just replacing the part as discussed earlier with the seller. Then the return request was cancelled and was told by the customer support the return will be cancelled within 24hrs and it will be enabled again for return as after replacement Flipkart offers only return of product.
We waited for 24 Hrs and when the cancellation wasn’t completed, we contacted customer support. They told us we will have to wait another 24Hrs. We did the same. But nothing happened. Pathetic customer support who provide false information to customers.
Meanwhile the chat executives are so pathetic, they would just leave the chat without replying happened over 20 times with me.
Anyway, so after 72 Hrs the return was cancelled on 22nd Oct 2022. And by this time we were so frustrated with this bed struggling with it for over a month we raised for the return on 25th Oct 2022.
And since then the product is not enabled to be picked up. Whenever you call Flipkart they tell you to wait another 24 Hrs. How pathetic is Flipkart that they can’t process a return in 96 Hrs.
I also spoke with the seller and shared all the issues with them and they were apologetic for all the issues. But Flipkart is putting blame on the seller that the return is pending from the seller giving false information.
Now Flipkart customer support is saying that our product is in “F” category meaning the database for the product is lost. I am from IT background and how dumb they can be on quoting something like this when we all can see all the information on site. All liars.
This is the harassment we are facing for over a month now. All the Diwali offers are gone now. My house has become a warehouse for Flipkart.
My parents are coming, Cold season is here (We stay in Gurgaon-how cold is it in Gurgaon) where should I make them sleep, on the floor??
This is absolute harassment from Flipkart.
Please resolve our concern.
