Have purchased the laptop on 21 jan 2023.
It was delivered on 24 jan 2023. In feb end the laptop was not working properly so I contacted Flipkart customer care they informed me to visit service centre, service centre is saying u have to call to hp for that and they file a complain n will arrange a technician visit for the help, but as pr protocol hp care asked me the invoice of the laptop, I did shared but there is no serial no. Mentioned in bill n invoice so hp care in written told me contact Flipkart ask them to add serial no. In it and revert back to hp for help. Flipkart constantly 3 to 4 months not helping me in terms of invoice. And while having conversation with hp care get to know that the warranty of the product has been alrdy expired in April and August 2023. Have purchased it on 2023 jan so it’s warranty should be till 2024 jan.. accordingly such fraudulent schemes Flipkart asked me mine choice for the product to be get replaced with brand new or refund. I said whatever u want to give give it asap.
After few days Flipkart calling and saying ur refund request has beeen cancelled, u have to go to service centre only Flipkart will not help u in this matter. Service centre is denying for the help coz of invoice isssue where serial no. Of product is not mentioned/printed and second the product warrenty has alrady expired. Flipkart calling me and saying don’t mail aur call further for this do visit service centre and if they deny ask for the denyal letter.
