Text of Complaint by Rohit Palit:

I am a regular buyer from Flipkart i purchased a tv of mi 4 pro through Flipkart & purchased a additional warranty services from Jeeves through Flipkart. After 2 years i had a display issue with the tv, so claim my repair serves through Jeeves. They fixed my tv so I was using the tv for 1 or more then a month again it shows the same problem. So as per the policy it is clearly mentioned if they are not able to fix the tv properly then they will refunding the whole amount which I paid to Flipkart. Now the situation is they just ignoring me to accept for refund and the people or agents whom I spoke with they are misguiding me and trying to take the tv again for but i disagree and want to follow the policy where they mention if customer product is not fixed properly they will settle the whole amount.I talked to more than 4 peoples but they are lying to me and trying to missguided me with there information. I want my money back from more than one week the are playing mind games with me.i had recorded one of the agents call. Which I will upload as well as the records of the invoices are attached. Please take a strict action against them help me to get my money back.please begging you.
