I have purchased a led tv mi 43inch on 19 Aug 23 with 3 year protection plan with order Id OD12261691061902500.I have paid Rs 26813 for the product.
My led is unserviceable since 10 Aug 23 for which I have raised a complain on 10 Aug 23 vide claim id CLCPO10082301005.
Since then I have raised several complains with Flipkart and Jeeves and issue not resolved.
I am liable to get refund or replacement as per the policy.
Here i would like to mention 1 more than thing Jeeves intentionally registered my complain on 23 Aug 23 ,delayed more than 14 days .
Today it is 15 Sep 23 ,even after 37 days i don’t got any resolution from Flipkart and Jeeves together they are are making fool to their customers .Flipkart is selling cheap and faulty electronic products which lasts only 1 year till warranty.
In my case I have been harrassed mentally by Flipkart and Jeeves since last 1 month they have given fake promises for the resolution and marked my issues as resolved.
I want compensation from Flipkart and Jeeves in addition to the refund for harassing me mentally and physically for last 37 days and I don’t know how long it will go and when the issue will be resolved .Now your platform can only help
