I have bought a TV (Vu Cinema) from Flipkart with Complete Protection Plan of 3 years, now the TV screen has got blank and i have registered a complaint on 11th April 23 with a commitment that technician will visit in 72 hours and resolve issue. I have been following up since long but Jeeves Consumer Services has not provided any commited support, the customer service person have been very rude in response. They (Jeeves & Flipkart) have also denied the buyback clause of money back. Pl help me i am very tired of poor service from both the company
