We have ordered TV from Flipkart and third part for installation is Jeeves. We have received the TV on 05 Dec 2020 initially and then within half and hour installation guy came and checked it was a damaged product. Again we have raised for replacement. On 7th we have received the replaced product. On 8th the installation must be done. However no one came. We are calling Flipkart people and Jeeves people. Both of them are blaming each other. Jeeves are saying that we have not received request, Flipkart people say they have raised the request.
We cannot open the product as it is void if something happens. They don’t solve the issue by sending a technician, executive are just raising the request. We cannot return the product as without installation we cannot do that executive are saying. We have all call recording with the executive it’s we who are suffering. Please help or take any serious action in this regard
