Text of Complaint by Tushar Srivastava:

Dear Concerned,

I have purchased OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite 5G (Blue Tide, 128 GB) (6 GB RAM) on 23rd Nov’22 from flipkart and my order ID is OD126607429936711000. When i received product i found a pink line is appearing on the screen and the phone is hanging. We had been chasing Flipkart for the replacement of product for very long but Flipkart and seller was rejecting our replacement requests again and again. Flipkart is asking us to upload 3 photos but they have authorised us to upload only 2 photos.

Any how i got a replacement on 18th Dec’22 but again the seller sent me a defective product. I requested on the same day for replacement but seller and flipkart has rejected twice my request without giving any clear reason.

Again I sent a mail to grievance officer of Flipkart and also spoke to them and they assured us the issue will resolved very soon but on 27th Dec’22 I again received a message from flipkart that return request can’t be fulfilled by seller because return date is over.

This is how flipkart and seller is harassing us.

It is requested to you please help to resolve the issue.
