I placed an exchange order with FK and the delivery guy without any justification asked me to reduce 2000 rs. He falsely accused that I had replaced the screen. When I asked for a technician this guy rejected. Please note that by that time I had formatted the phone. Now, upon calling the FK executive, I was told that they will cancel the order as the wish master could not pick up the order. I am shocked. This day has come for FK.
