Dear Sir,
Good day

Kindly note we ordered Red tape shoes and crocs sandles but both product I received damaged and wrong product.

For this same I requested just after delivery but still No response from flipkart side.

Delivery boy has denied to pick up and also talking very rudely.

Since last 11 days I am not getting any solution.

My money has been stuck and too many times I called customer support but they are only giving waiting or nothing.

Please help
