FLIPKART PAY LATER
Dear Sir,
I D .Narayana Phani Varma raising a complaint on filpkart pay later team and filpkart regarding my account was hacked by some body and change the mail id and missue the account and buy a i phone of rs 46068 on december 14-2022 and i raise many complaints after knowing and i kept immediately for the return but they don’t accept and tell me iphone are not accept and these also buy on filpkart pay later option with emi options and i did not received any otp and also mail id was changed to different mail and delivery time number also not working (wopibig403@fanneat.com,7400888599) from that time i raise many complaints on filpkart customer care regarding my issue of filpkart emi payment and they didn’t solve my problem and they told if you not use means no problem they told and after 4 month 5 month i kept a mail to the filpkart team then also they not repond after reminder mails kept they reply and tell me we can’t do any thing and told me to contact a cyber crime then immediately i raise the complaint in cyber crime in jeedemetla police station submit the documents.
Now they are sending message to my number and asking for payments and backmailing me we will raise a legal notice on you like that they if teasing and distrubing me always then i told them i already raise a complaint on these on cyber crime then are telling ok then after month they repately sending message and calling.
2.AND EXTRA PEN DRIVE ALSO BOOKED MY ADDRESS THEN IMMEDIATELY CANCLE ORDER THESE ALSO USE THE FILPKART PAY LATERAL OPTION .
NOTE :
DUE TO THESE WRONG TRANSCATION MY CIBIL SCROE WAS DECREASING AND IT WAS GOING TO VERY LOW PLEASE SLOVE MY ISSUE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE I DIDN’T RECEIVE THE ANY OTP TO MY PHONE NUMBERS ALSO.
