On 9th February i received a call from Flipkart customer care and the IVR said that they have received a request to change my Mobile No. of my flipkart account and Press 1 for to confirm the Change & Press 2 for You have not requested for the Change. I was busy in work so i pressed 2 and immidiately my Flipkart account got hacked and started receiving Notification of Multiple Orders amounting to Rs. 70000 were ordered using my flipkart pay later account. I realized that i had been cheated and immediately tried to login to my flipkart account to cancel the order, but i was unable to log in to my flipkart account as it was hacked. The products were ordered on Madhya Pradesh, Rajhasthan & Karnataka address. I immediately called to flipkart customer care and informed them about the fraud happened on my account and requested to cancel the orders before it gets delivered. The flipkart customer care said me that all the orders will be cancelled.
I contacted flipkart customer care multiple times till today, 13th February, 2023, but they are not deactivating my Flipkart Account & nor blocking my Account.
Hacker everyday ordering Items from Flipkart amounting to my Total Limit of my Flipkart Pay Later Account and then i have contact customer care for cancellation.
I have also filed a Police Complaint at my local Police Station of this Fraud & the Police Office also emailed the Complaint Letter to Flipkart Multiple Email Account but Flipkart is not Blocking / Deactivating my Flipkart Account.
I am terribly frustrated as the hacker place at Midnight and i have to keep myself awake to prevent this Fraud & Loss
