My name is Seema Bhatia and my flipkart account tagged with my mobile is blocked when I called Flipkart customer care they said system has blocked me due to high number of returns. I want to ask following

• As customer do I not have right to return damaged product (if your policy is there to return)
• I am suppose to accept product with quality issue

Kindly either unblock my account immediately or do following

• Return Money to my bank account which I have in my Flipkart wallet ~ INR 450/-
• Return my pending money INR 536/- which is not credited from to my accounts since my more than 20 calls or escalations against order id OD219978573674545000
• Encash my points to my bank account

If you are not able to help, please share escalation flipkart matrix with undersigned.

Flipkart cant block anybody’s account under unethical practice or means.
