On 31 Aug 2022 someone taken over my flipkart account and used my paylater balance. He even changed my email id, mobile number and I don’t have access. He order 1 mobile and 1 bluetooth device from my flipkart account by using my flipkart paybylater EMI option and total billed amount was 55518 rs, order Id-OD125878681181467000.I got to know about this by my E-mail .Now the whole amount is showing in my IDFC bank account. Flipkart paybylater option is linked with IDFC bank. I have also complained about this to flipkart customer care. The fraud had every single information about my account. I only have the frauder mobile number and the address with his name where he placed order from flipkart. I am sharing some screenshot for your reference. Please help me out. I am very worried about this incident.
