Today someone hacked my Flipkart account and ordered products worth rs.60000/- at 4:08pm IST and choose option as Flipkart pay later.
I received mail of order being placed on 04:11PM IST. I tried reaching to Flipkart services the moment i saw mail to report the issue. Had multiple discussion with flipkart representatives from 04:15pm IST onwards but nothing helped since I was not able to cancel order from end and the executive from flipkart informed initially that there are too many products so it would take some time to cancel. I requested then to transfer call to senior colleague which got disconnected 3-4 times.
Finally when I was able to speak with one of their colleague at that time order got delivered to the person who ordered that at 05:00pm. I received confirmation mail of order getting delivered.
The person has changed the password of my account and issued multiple OTP’s so that i cannot login anymore to my account now.
I have raised concern with Flipkart and they are looking into this matter.
Need your support to escalated the same because product worth 60K has been delivered to unknown person who have not paid a single penny.
