On 10 Aug, i recieve a call asking my email OTP when i checked the mail no OTP was receiving. So i check the account and found the phone no was changed. I cut the call and call to customer care about the hack. I told them to remove the hacker no from account and disable Flipkart Pay Later but they told me to send a mail with my AADHAR PHOTO to [email protected] and problem will be solved by 13 Aug. But till the evening the hacked did total shopping of 9000rs via MYNTRA using Flipkart Pay Later. I again call them and told them about the transaction but they again said my case is still in progress. I told them just cancel the orders on Myntra as i have the order ids showing in the app of Flipkart. But they didnt do anything. Till now its 23 August they havnt done anything. They even didnt remove the hacker number. Pls solve the problem. I will not pay a single penny of the amout the hacker used as i already told the officers before the transactions.
