Unnecessary flipkart blocked my account without any investigation. Recently on Jan I tried to order a mobile for my father’s birthday. But unexpectedly seller cancelled. I have tried multiple times on every time get the error. I thought there is no stock. Next time I tried to place phone again I got the same error. I thought there is problem particular brand so I have tried with multiple brands still the seller cancelled my order. Now they blocked my account and they put a remark on me as a reseller. I have added 17000/- on gift card. I don’t know how to reactivate my account. I tried so many times to explain the issue to the customer care but they are not helping me..
Without any verification how could they deactivate my account????
