Due to uncertainties prevailing,my Flipkart Account has been blocked since Dec26,2021 due to which I am not being able to pay my Emi dues for the product I have purchased through Flipkart pay letter for which I had to bear the following consequences like my cibil score has been lowered. A wrong loan amount of Rs 60000 disclosed as personal loan has been reflected in my cibil report due to technical glitch which hampers my cibil score.I had tried amany times to resolve this issue through customer care but they are not responding at all. Sokindly I request you to resolve this issue as soon as possible as I have to clear my Emi dues and also for the smooth functioning of the banking transaction.
