I ordered Realme C2 Phone from Flipkart. At the outset, in the first order the order got cancelled saying that the seller has no stock (although, it nowhere showed that it was out of stock), in second time, the order again got cancelled saying that the product is limited and all people should get a chance to get it (i ordered only one quantity) , at the third time when the order got cancelled, i raised a complaint and ordered my phone 4th time and got resolution that “your order history suggests that the purchases made by you is not for personal use and blocked my account, seizing my gift card balance of around 500 Rs and around 700 super coins balance (although i got my phone in 4th time and they agreed to give my gift card balance) . Let me ask flipkart, how will they segregate the purchases made for personal and other use and who gave them this right to seize others funds ?
