Hi,
Flipkart has blocked my account on account of the returns I raised. This is insane, we as a consumer has a right to raise a return request within the period specified for a particular product.
Now I have some money in my Flipkart wallet, I have Flipkart points and also I have some products which are delivered to me and I wanted to return them,
So overall I am in financial loss and Flipkart doesn’t help me to unblock my account.
So I want you to help me with this concern on a sincere note and help me to get my account unlocked.
They are a big company that doesn’t mean they can rule us. There is no policy that they can block my account on account of returns.
Returns are the right given to us,
So please monitor this and help me out.
