I’ve purchased a mobile from flipkart app on 02.10.21. And product was received on 04.10.21. When unboxing that product was missing in the package. I’ve raised complaint to flipkart on same date for missing product. After few days I was seen that refund is cancelled. Again I’ve raise complaint for refund or resolution but same again. Refund cancelled upto 5 times. After that flipkart customer support executive giving date 18.10.21 day to day increase date and up to till date not solved my issue and also my flipkart account is blocked by flipkart so from last 12 days I can’t able to login my flipkart account.
many times i request for resolution but your team not touched me. and simply messaged me your request resolved successful and we hope you are happy with resolution. but upto till date my missing problem resolution not provided by flipkart team.
From 04/10/21 to till 10 to 15 date given by flipkart customer support executive but resolution not provided and giving only date.
