Hello, My name is Akash Verma.
I ordered a Godrej AC 1.5 ton 4 star on 14th May 2023. The AC got delivered on 15th May 2023.
Engineer came came to install ac and told that copper wire is missing. Engineer asked to get it installed and pay to him for the extra wire, After confirming the same from Flipkart customer service I had paid the amount to engineer. Engineer has given me the bill also. I have paid 2850 amount for the copper wire to engineer fo which I have the bill as well. Same day I get a call from Flipkart stating that the seller is refunding only 1800 amount for copper wire. I denied this amount as I had paid 2850 and will not settle for 1800. I had paid the entire amount for ac which 31490 which includes the charges fro copper wire on top of that I had paid extra for copper hoping it will be refunded to me. And no it is not getting refunded. I am being harassed by Flipkart and hav raised multiple compaints but got no resolution so far.
