Unethical way of delivering and collecting the products.
Case-1 I have ordered one hoodie 3 months back and the delivery executive has called me for otp claiming that he is standing on my door and took the otp and never delivered me the product. As the delivery is for 2-3 products together so 2 products were given to me and 1 not.
Case-2 I have placed a return of two shirts and one exchange, he took the wrong product from me and refunded me half price.and now when my exchange product will come what i will return back to him.
Now coming to Flipkart customer care- they have hired false executives and delivery partners who dont even have complete product information that what has to be taken back and what is the procedure plus they are very rude.
They claim that we have raised the ticket or complaint and concerned team will call back and no help is received from there side.
Soon they will loose all there customers and to be very frank amazon is providing better service and customer support.
