Hello sir/madam, I am Anand Parmar from Porbandar (Gujarat), I bought an Apple iPhone 14 (starlight, 128GB) on date 08/10/2023 from Flipkart online, phone received (date: 16/10/2023), when I opened the box it was genuine but I observed this device has manufacturing defect at between speaker line and body, i.e huge gap that can I see inner parts and easily enter water and dust in the unit, also this issue i confirmed by Flipkart delivery partner he suggested me phone replacement, so I received parcel , after the confirming issue they recognised this issue was genuine and called Flipkart helpline customer service, after I received a call from Flipkart executive (date: 18/10/2023), he behave in totally misguided and less information and they denied to solve my problem (phone replacement) I have proof of call recording, Then I went going the Apple service centre at Ahmedabad One Mall, Ahmedabad – Gujarat, The service centre told me it to take 3 days to resolve the issue related to this but after reaching that time they refused to replace the unit, I called a senior executive at Apple authorised technician head at (number: 0008001009009) they suggested me as per company law and Indian law this is totally responsibility of Flipkart seller and this is not covered in manufacturing warranty and he gave me the job sheet for submitted in flipkart for phone replacement , then I do consumer complaint against Flipkart and Apple, Flipkart and apple both are bothering me about last 25 days (date: 16/10/2023 to today) , I have all the proof of the call recording they are bothering me and delayed, I want Replacement or Refund.
